- Applicant qualification: The applicant must be a registered resident of Taoyuan City, aged 18 to 45, meeting the relevant conditions for young farmers, and have been approved for the Youth Farming Entrepreneurship Loan according to regulations.
- The Youth Farming Entrepreneurship Loan provided by the Council of Agriculture are offering a maximum loan amount of NT$2 million for general young farmers and NT$5 million or young farmers receiving project guidance. In Taoyuan City, the maximum loan amount will be increased to NT$5 million for general young farmers and NT$10 million for young farmers receiving project guidance. After deducting the subsidies provided by the Council of Agriculture, the remaining loan amount can be up to NT$3 million for general young farmers and NT$5 million for young farmers receiving project guidance, with a 5-year interest-free period.
