Citizen Card Features
In order to improve citizens' sense of identity and let citizens feel the convenience of smart life, Taoyuan City has released the Citizen Card boasting “multi-purpose with one card, multi-card in one” for use as transportation pass and with features of public service, multi-card integration, point collection campaign, shopping offers, diversified carrier, covering food, clothing, housing, transportation, education, entertainment,etc. The authority will conduct future planning of three major applications covering taoyuan citizen card virtual and real integration, digitization of municipal services, municipal services and points integration:
- Taoyuan citizen card virtual and real integration: Electronic tickets are integrated with virtual accounts. You can log in to various services through the virtual citizen membership account and record the consumption track of physical electronic tickets.
- Digitization of municipal services: Provide customized services and promote municipal information to citizens of different ethnic groups, and integrate relevant municipal services based on public needs to establish a single mobile service window.
- Municipal services and points integration: Establish a municipal service points mechanism, combine it with municipal-related applications such as people’s food, clothing, housing, transportation, education, etc., and make the people feel grateful through point feedback.
